Linked in and Facebook are becoming great platforms to find jobs and employees and increasing market share gradually in the job space.

It would be interesting to try and think of the role Meijob and other crawlers might have in job-hunting related social websites. What is the future of job-hunting, especially in China, online classifieds and crawlers or guanxi social based Linkedin/Facebook? do they complement each other or are they rivals?
