
On Sunday, 9 November 11:30-14:00 we had our first Chinese cooking class. After 3.5 years in China it was about time. we started from buying the ingredients between 9:30-11:00 in Fulichang super market. Barak, Lika, Chen Chang Fang (Lika’s mother) & Boaz were invloved. we meet next to subway line 10, the station next to Fu li Chang
Then we continued to Boaz & Annette apartment in Fu Li Chang to start the cooking.
The great teacher was Chen Cnahg Fang.
