About Barak Paz Tal

Barak has over 13 years Marketing experience in the Internet and Mobile Phone industries in Mainland China, UK, and Israel. He Co-founded and managed two internet start-ups in China: www.meijob.com in 2005, now one of the TOP TWO leading job search engines in China and www.jipingmi.com in 2007, one of the leading property search engine in China, and served on the Board of Directors of both companies. Over 50 Million Chinese have visited Meijob.com from 2006 until now.

Barak is now consulting Vodafone UK via Pontis and building a new brand PazTal.com

Paz Tal vision is to help small business become profitable by utilizing different approach to do business, agile cost structure and advanced online marketing techniques.

Prior to Meijob, Barak was Customer Marketing Manager at Orange Israel (PTNR). Barak led the company to reduce its customer churn rate from 16% to 7% and increased its mobile internet revenues from 2M$ to 23M$ within 2 years. Barak holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel Aviv University.
